1. Booking Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and tours are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
Non-refundable tickets or bookings will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Processing time: 7–15 business days (depending on the airline, hotel, or payment gateway).
Service/administration charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear for a flight, tour, or hotel booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
4. Changes & Amendments
Date changes or modifications may be allowed, subject to airline/hotel rules and additional charges.
